Conditions of Enrolment
1. Enrolments
1.1. Enrolments are subject to the following conditions which become legally binding on a student when the student’s enrolment is completed.
1.2. IFL reserves the right to accept or decline any student.
1.3. Enrolment is made only when IFL receives and accepts full payment of fees.
2. Fees
2.1. All fees must be paid before the course begins, or when the invoice is received.
2.2. If the student is sponsored by the company VAT (7%) is added to the tuition fees.
2.3. Fees cannot be transferred to any other institution or student.
2.4. If students extend their course they are automatically accepting the conditions of enrolment, which applied when they made their original enrolment (unless otherwise agreed).
3. Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds are calculated as follows:
3.1.1. Cancellations made in writing 14 or more days before course commencement will result in a full refund of all course fees.
3.1.2. In all other cases – No refund of fees.
3.1.3. Refunds on compassionate grounds may be granted at the discretion of the Managing Director.
3.1.4. All refunds are made in THB.
4. Non Attendance
4.1. Students studying with us individually are allowed to transfer the class to another day on the 24-hour notice. In case of late warning the tuition fee for the missed class is forfeited.
4.2. Students taking our group courses cannot cancel or transfer class to another day after the time-table of the classes is agreed on. Non-attendance results in the loss of the tuition fee for the missed class.
5. School Closing Dates
5.1. IFL is closed on public holidays and also for a two weeks’ period during Christmas and New Year and for 1 week in April during Songkran (Thai New Year).
6. Validity
6.1. These conditions are valid from 01 January 2010 and remain valid until replaced by new terms and conditions.
6.2. If these conditions are translated to another language, the English copy remains the correct version.
