Course Objectives
- To develop professional communication skills: telephoning, negotiating, meeting, presentation and writing;
- To develop general communication skills: reading and listening;
- To learn general and professional vocabulary;
- To increase awareness of the language structure;
- To practise communication skills and get feedback on strengths and weaknesses.

The trainees after taking our course will:

The structure of the course
The course can be organized as a multi-skill course or we can provide the course aimed at developing one of the business communication skills:
- Business Writing;
- Business Presentations;
- Business Negotiations;
- Business Meetings;
- Business Telephoning.
The Content of the Course
We design the content of the course to the language level and the specific needs of the participant. The course may cover the following: business writing, telephoning, negotiating, presenting your organization or product, etc.

The Path to Confidence
Part One. Level – Elementary (A2).
Part Two. Level – Pre-Intermediate (B1).
- English for general purposes;
- Basic business conversation;
- Specialist vocabulary for your company;
- Basic grammar;
- Basic telephoning skills;
Introduction to formal e-mails.
The Road to Competence
Part One. Level – Intermediate (B2).
Part Two. Level – Upper-Intermediate (C1).
- General business vocabulary;
- Business conversation;
- Intermediate Grammar;
- Extended specialist vocabulary;
- Telephoning skills;
Formal e-mails.
The Runway to Advancement
Advanced level (C2).
- Business presentation skills;
- Business meeting skills;
- Business negotiation skills;
- Telephoning skills;
- Business writing (reports, memos, e-mails, etc.)
Entry requirements
The course is recommended to students with at least Elementary (A2) level.
